• Additional Stay other than group will be charged.
• Separate family room at extra cost.
• Lost luggage is not tour Operators responsibility

• Any person separating from the Tour will bear the Transport
• charges and do so at their own responsibility
• Tour timings and itineraries are subject to change and consequently may be revised at anytime, before or during the tour with or without notice. If cancellation is done in last 30 days before departure 50% of the Tour Cost will be charged as cancellation charges and the balance amount will be refunded after return of Hajj Tour from Saudi Arabia.
• If Cancellation is made after stamping of HAJJ/ UMRAH/ VISA there will be no refund.
• Child (0-2 Years) 40% of adult cost
• Child without bed(2-10 Years) 75% of adult cost
• Child with bed(6-12 Years) 95% of adult cost
